Bellerive Heights was an ancillary addition to an existing home over looking the Derwent river. In collaboration with the owner Chris, who is a very talented furniture designer & was a year 12 building design teacher at Hutchin’s school at the time. Self-contained apartment. A one bedroom apartment with separate kitchen, bathroom and laundry facilities offering adjustable thermal comfort heating. Consists of three different levels featuring Tasmanian timber furnishings and fittings in a contemporary style.
